Customer Rules

1. Your journal is entered manually. You are responsible for its accuracy. Don't falsify records to mislead others.

2. The Traders Edge does not connect to your broker. Balances and P&L shown are based only on what you enter.

3. You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing on the platform, including signals, chat discussions and statistics, is financial advice or a guarantee of results.

4. Only use the features included in your plan, and don't try to bypass plan limits.

5. Keep your billing details up to date and follow the subscription and cancellation terms. Don't misuse refunds or chargebacks.

6. Only share journal screenshots you're allowed to share. Hide account numbers and personal details.

7. Signals you follow come from independent verified traders. Verified means our team reviewed their application. It does not guarantee their results.

8. Raise complaints through Support. Don't use threats or false allegations against staff or members.
